Degeneratívne ochorenie driekovej chrbtice – možnosti chirurgickej liečby

Autori v práci načrtávajú problematiku chirurgickej liečby degeneratívnych ochorení driekovej časti chrbtice. Od „klasického“ mikrochirurgického prístupu až po totálnu náhradu disku, artroplastiku, resp. dynamické – neutralizačné stabilizačné systémy. Chirurgické spôsoby liečby s využitím moderných technológií sa stávajú „fyziologickejšie“ s cieľom čo najšetrnejším spôsobom čo najlepšie ošetriť pacienta s degeneratívnym ochorením chrbtice resp. intervertebrálneho disku.
