Polyneuropatie při metabolických, endokrinních a dysproteinemických onemocněních

Polyneuropatie - porucha funkce a struktury periferních nervů - mohou vzniknout z nejrůznějších příčin, v určitém procentu se příčina nezjistí. I přes různé příčiny je klinický obraz polyneuropatie zpravidla velmi podobný s nejčastějším obrazem symetrické distální formy. V článku jsou popsány klinické obrazy, případně léčba nejčastěji se vyskytujících polyneuropatií při poruchách metabolizmu, při endokrinopatiích a monoklonálních gamapatiích.
