Reoperace pro úžinové syndromy ulnárního nervu v oblasti lokte

Autoři hodnotí indikace a výsledky reoperací u pěti pacientů s úžinovými syndromy ulnárního nervu v loketní oblasti. Ze 120 našich pacientů operovaných několika různými technikami podstoupili reoperaci čtyři pacienti, tři muži a jedna žena. Pátý pa­cient našeho souboru byl primárně dvakrát operován na jiném pracovišti. U dvou pacientů jsme zvolili techniku transpozice nervu s uložením nervu v podkožním lůžku. U prvního pacienta byl efekt velmi dobrý, u druhého přetrvávají reziduální obtíže. V případě pacienta operovaného dvakrát na jiném pracovišti jsme zvolili techniku submuskulární transpozice se -Z- plastikou flexor-pronátorové svalové skupiny. Obdobnou techniku jsme zvolili i u ženy, která byla poprvé operována pro ulnární epikondylitidu a následně pro rozvoj syndromu kubitálního tunelu technikou prosté dekomprese. U obou těchto pacientů byl efekt velmi dobrý. U pacienta operovaného prostou dekompresí jsme se rozhodli pro uvolnění nervu a epikondylektomii s uspokojivým efektem.
