Poruchy srdečního rytmu ve vztahu k neurologickým chorobám

S postižením srdce a dysrytmií se setkáváme u řady neurologických chorob. V rámci  ischemického iktu jde o vztah kauzální, kdy právě arytmie vyvolá cerebrovaskulární konflikt. Na druhé straně mohou být arytmie vyvolány postižením srdce vzniklým na základě stávajícího neurologického onemocnění nebo s neurologickou lézí souvisejících humorálních změn. Kardiální patologie a arytmie nezřídka zvyšuje morbiditu a mortalitu základní neurologické choroby.

Přehled nejčastějších nozologických jednotek, ať již vyvolaných či asociovaných s postižením srdce, přináší následující text s důrazem na klinický obraz kardiální patologie.
