Neurologické komplikace hemoblastóz

Hemoblastóza je maligní onemocnění hematopoetických kmenových buněk. Neurologické komplikace hemoblastóz jsou způsobeny infiltrací nádorovými buňkami nejčastěji v oblasti leptomeningeální a epidurální, infekčními komlikacemi při oslabení imunity v rámci základního onemocnění a nebo jeho léčby, trombofilními stavy nebo sklonem k hemoragiím. Dalším typem komplikací jsou paraneoplastické projevy a neurologické komplikacemi onkologické terapie hemoblastóz.
