Novšie aspekty v etiopatogenéze migrény

Migréna je jednou z najčastejších typov bolesti hlavy. Etiopatogenéza je komplikovaná. Názory a teórie o etiopatogenéze sa vyvíjajú v závislosti na objavovaní nových poznatkov. V súčasnosti je naviac prepracovaná neurogenná teória. Posledné roky sa do popredia dostávajú otázky genetiky. Identifikácia mutácií napäťovo-závislých aj ligandovo-závislých kanálov pri paroxyzmálnych neurologických ochoreniach vytvorila predpoklad zatriediť migrénu do tzv. kanálopatií.
