Etické aspekty léčby v terminálním stavu závažných nevyléčitelných onemocnění

Text je omezen jen na několik nejzávažnějších otázek. Rozebírá  mravní aspekty související s povinností lékaře udržovat život, problematiku  práv nemocných na odmítnutí léčby a otázky týkající se paliativní péče v konfrontaci s eutanazií a s asistencí při suicidiu. Zdravotníci by se měli snažit, aby se vyrovnávali se svou vlastní smrtelností; jedině tak budou moci účinně pomáhat nemocným v jejich umírání.
