ADHD

ADHD je celosvětově užívaná anglická zkratka označující poruchu udržení pozornosti s nadměrnou aktivitou a impulzivitou. Je dávána do úzké souvislosti s HKP. V minulosti byla ADHD považována za vývojovou záležitost, která se projevovala v předškolním a školním věku pod obrazem LMD. Svými důsledky je ADHD aktuálním celosvětovým problémem se závažným medicínsko-sociálním dopadem. Incidence činí v dětské populaci až 10 % (5, 9, 11) a polovina případů přechází do dospělosti s atypickými projevy nebo s rozvojem jiných onemocnění. Porucha má dopad na rodinné a interpersonální vztahy, osobnostní vývoj a profesní realizaci jedince ve společnosti.

Problematiku přibližujeme z pohledu dětského neurologa. Vycházíme z mnohaletých klinických zkušeností a ze spolupráce s jinými odborníky. Zdůrazňujeme včasnou diagnostiku a léčbu pro významné pozitivní kvality života pacientů s ADHD.
