Syndrom karpálního tunelu

Autoři se v článku zabývají komplexně problematikou syndromu karpálního tunelu jako nejčastějšího úžinového syndromu. Pozornost je věnována jak anatomickým, tak etiologickým a patofyziologickým aspektům onemocnění. Kromě diagnostiky a diferenciální diagnostiky syndromu je zmíněna konzervativní a podrobně i chirurgická terapie včetně rozličných operačních technik.
