Současné možnosti chirurgické léčby poranění periferních nervů

Autoři v článku rozebírají základní typy poranění periferních nervů, vysvětlují zásady vyšetřování a následně diskutují o možnostech chirurgického postupu nejenom u přerušení periferních nervů, ale také poranění nervů v kontinuitě. Zmiňují též významnost předoperační a pooperační cílené rehabilitační péče. Zvláště se pak věnují metodám, které slibují zlepšení výsledků v budoucnosti. Jedná se o nové chirurgické techniky, pokroky ve vývoji náhrad štěpů a využití neurotrofních faktorů.
