Porucha chování v REM spánku

RBD je charakterizována abnormálním chováním během REM spánku, které je spojeno s výraznou snovou produkcí a způsobuje zranění nebo přeruąování spánku. Při RBD je nedostatečná svalová atonie nebo záąkuby a pohyby. Sny jsou větąinou nepříjemné. RBD můľe být idiopatická anebo sekundární. Sekundární RBD souvisí nejčastěji s medikací nebo alkoholovým abstinenčním syndromem, či s neurologickými chorobami zejména s Parkinsonovou nemocí, demencí s Lewyho tělísky a multisystémovou atrofií.
